Refund policy

We're delighted that you would consider purchasing an item for us, however, in any case that you feel you would like to return your item, we're happy to accomodate you. Please ensure that you meet the following conditions:

  1. The item is unopened
  2. The item is unused
  3. The item and packaging is undamaged 
  4. It has been less than 30 days from when you received the package

If all of these are met, we're happy to offer you a full refund for the amount that you've paid minus the cost of shipping. Simple email us at info@zaydannyc.com and we'll walk you through the steps of packing, labeling, and shipping the package back to us. If the return is accepted, we'll process your refund (minus shipping) to the card you've charged. Please expect at least 5 business days for the funds to return back to your account.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns for products that have been opened, used, or damaged by the customer. It is important to ensure that the items are in their original condition and packaging when initiating a return. This policy ensures the integrity and quality of our products for all our customers. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these exceptions.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method minus the cost of shipping within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
